Weekly Prices in euro - year 2004
- Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, arrival time between 16.00
and 19.00, and departure time 09.00.
- Heating is extra, payable on departure at a rate of 3.23 euro per 1 metric cube of gas.
- All linen is provided.
- Final cleaning cost 15 euro, payable on departure.
- Once the client has accepted a reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total cost is required. We will hold the apartment for four working days while waiting for confirmation of your payment. Upon receipt of this deposit, we will confirm the booking via e-mail or fax. The outstanding money due is to be paid on arrival at
Casalta.
- Cancellation will result in the loss of the deposit.

How
to get to Casalta |
| From Florence,
take the A1 Autostrada direction Rome and exit at Certosa. Then take the Siena Superstrada and exit at San Donato. Turn
left towards Castellina at the temporary-looking traffic light, turn left
at the signs for Panzano, Radda and Greve. Follow this windy road past
Piazza all the way to the end
(approximately 10 mins). At the bottom, turn right in the direction of
Castellina. After 500 m, turn right taking the unmarked road in between the
two little houses. You will also see signs for Casalta along the road. |
