"Agrifuturismo" is the name we have given to this 18 C Tuscan farm house which forms part of a small group of much more ancient structures surrounded by olive groves, forest and fields. Twelve hectares of this land forms part of the Agrifuturismo property, mainly terraced olive groves and forest. Our guests are free to explore every corner of it, including the ruins of a mediaeval bridge and an ancient church.

Our Vacation Apartments and PricesIn the cool, ground floor of the house, we offer two vacation apartments, fully-restored and furnished with flair and originality. Our guests have access to our upstairs terrace where seats and a table are provided under the pergola.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
An apartment for 2 persons costs Euro 70 per night. An additional bed costs Euro 15 per night.
An apartment for 4 persons costs Euro 100 per night.
An apartment for 6 persons costs Euro 120 per night.
We request a deposit of 50% paid by bank transfer to confirm your reservation. This deposit is forfeited for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival. The balcance should be paid in cash upon arrival.
Services included: water and electricity consumption, bed linen and final cleaning. Baby cot and baby chair upon request. |
Vacation Apartment Number 1 for 2 (+1) persons (55 sq.m)
One bedroom with double bed, large living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower. This apartment opens onto a terrace and garden, and is accessed independently of the courtyard of the house.

Our location in Tuscany
"Agrifuturismo" is situated in central Chianti on a side road (unpaved) branching off the Strada di Cortine country road halfway between Castellina in Chianti and Barberina Val d'Elsa. Among the many other towns of interest within an easy drive of Agrifuturismo are Poggibonsi, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Colle do Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, Sienna, Panzano and Greve in Chianti. |
